Techno’s March of The Islands

Formerly Known as “Haven Island”, a Grand West Marche-esque game open in Jan 2025 through Start Playing Games. Multiple Islands, Multiple Players and no true main party. Haven Island gets back to it’s roots, and builds a better foundation to grow together in a non-canon version of the realm.
What had long started as a homebrewed sandbox for me to build lore for my Calling, had since become a Haven for players to have less rails and more directions for play. Existing in my collective works narratively as well, now, we take a non-canon version of it, and have some fun in a different way!
There will be five parties of play, one for each island, and as more islands are discovered, I could open more, in theory, but as January nears. I hope you can find one you enjoy to play in, but feel no need to make it to every session as West Marchs tend to be more episodic in nature!
With no true main party, the world reacts differently, slower, more realistic, but still epic in the magic, might, fantasy, and fortune that befalls those who play! A tavern that opened first on the Mainland has recently started expanding, franchising, and each of their establishments made serves as the defacto starting point of these games.

Aramore
Known as the Broken Chain of Aramore, it houses an ongoing and never-ending onslaught of dragon-folk in a war of attrition for past deeds involving slavery. The archipelago is massive, and each structure of stone that hangs over the ocean is the remnant of tribe, kingdom, or people of the dragon-folk, weathered away as if from the rain, ocean, or time itself.
Haven
The Mainland known as Haven. The heartland of The Islands, it has rolling hills and just about every biome except for a desert. In recent years, it has survived a Druidic Curse, quelled before the blight could consume the land. Now, the corruption of the King has come to light in that aftermath.
Shatterwind
The Shatterwind Iceshelf. In ages past, this Iceshelf with several tundras, mountains, and fortresses within them, was affixed to Haven Island, anchored in several locations. An upheaval about three decades ago severed the shelf; which has floated gracefully to the North of Haven ever since.
Kalthorne
The Great Continent of Kalthorne. South of Haven, the largest of the landmasses, this wild place has great beasts, taller trees, and the giantkin to go with them! Nature is rampant here, but people find and carve out niches of life of many kinds on this mega continent including one of the most prestigious places of learning for the scientific arts!
Tanna
The Shield Isle of Tanna. To the East of Haven, nestled in the embrace of a volcano that periodically adds landmass to the isle, is the tropical isle of Tanna. Deserts, jungles, and savannahs dot the landscape on either side of a daggered mountain, and a complex network of caverns sprawls below, carved by the same volcanic rapture the formed it in the first place.
